  I would like to send special thanks to Lesley Dreyer at First Car Rental Cape Town International Airport for the great service when sorting out a problem that my daughters had when collecting their car. I really appreciate the quick response, the phone calls and how Lesley helped my daughters be on their way. This is what you call going out of your way to assist a customer.

  I would really like to commend Ayanda and Leilani from First Car Rental Richards Bay. Ayanda is friendly, polite and extremely professional. I am so impressed by how meticulous she is when executing tasks and how she goes the extra mile to assist.

  I think she is an amazing young lady with a lovely, friendly nature. A real diamond! One thing is for sure, if she can treat a staff member so well she is going to WOW customers. WELL DONE AYANDA!

  Also, I don't get many queries for Richards Bay and that just goes to show that Leilani, as Branch Manager, is moulding fabulous First Car Rental staff members. Kudos to Leilani.
