    Dear First Car Rental,

    Unfortunately in our industry you get more negative feedback than positive. That's why I want to take the time to tell you of the outstanding service we received from Witness.

    We urgently needed a specific rental in KwaZulu-Natal yesterday and this morning had an emergency booking also in KwaZulu-Natal. Witness was superb in arranging both rentals immediately.

    Debbie Botha, from your King Shaka International Airport branch, gave Mr Christopher Greig exceptional service yesterday. He would like you to know how much he appreciated her assisting him, as he had left his entire wallet in Johannesburg!

    Debbie is certainly a credit to your company and Christopher has now decided to only use First Car Rental from now on, in support and recognition of her effort and service.

    In this day and age, it is heart-warming to know that there are still dedicated and committed staff members out there. Good old fashioned service at its best. Thank you.
