  Graag wil ek jou van harte bedank om uit jou eie ? beter/nuwer motor vir my en my gesin te reël op Vrydag, 25 April. Dit was ? groot verassing toe ons ? 1400 Vivo kry met slegs 2679 km op sy meter. Ons het sonder moeite gereis van Johannesburg tot in Nelspruit en weer terug. Ek het, omdat ek tyd op hande gehad het en nie so lank vir my vlug wou wag nie, die motor vol brandstof gemaak- dit is blykbaar nie die regte prosedure nie!

  Groete en nogmaals dankie vir jou puik diens. Hoop ons sien gou weer.

  Good day!
  Yes, last September my mom turned 90 years old and the family flew out from as far as New York and Vancouver, Canada, for the week to be with her.

  The two-day rushed trip had me in East London suddenly needing a car to get around in, and First Car Rental helped me out in only a few minutes with a nice clean, fully insured car that got me around our lovely city comfortably, using very little gas.

  The service was incredible and First Car Rental even had an agent come in early to sign the car off for me, as I needed it until the very last moment.

  When one is flying in from the other side of the world, tired and jet-lagged, especially for such a short stay, it is nice to know that there are good honest people with exceptional manners who can get you instantly mobile with a smile on their face.

  I'll be back again soon dragging some excited but wary Canadian/US visitors to the sunshine sprinkled land of monkeys and elephants, and will choose First Car Rental as my means to get around the country without any doubt.

  Should you wish to use this letter to spread the word on your quality service, that I personally received please do so.

  Dear Ms Venter
  Many thanks for your kind assistance and condolences over Easter when my Mother passed away unexpectedly. I ended up using the complete 8 days of my initial rental period in the end and even ran over by several hours. However you and the First Car Rental staff were extremely accommodating during that difficult period for which myself and my daughter are very grateful.

  First Car Rental is certainly our first choice when it comes to renting a car.

  I used your company for car hire and found the staff in George to be excellent. I had a query on a speeding fine which none of your staff seemed to want to deal with. It necessitated my phoning from Ireland. Eventually I was put through to Triska Swanepole. She was excellent to deal with and you should make her head of your customer relations area and give her a good salary rise! She sorted out my problem in a matter of minutes, which had been ongoing since last March. I will use your services again but do take cognisance of where in the world your customers live!
