Reminding visitors of the Alpine nature of the Midlands, The Swiss-style chalet, pristine lawns, towering trees and free roaming goats invite visitors to stopover at Swissland and experience the cheese-making process in a hands-on way.
Swissland is all about fantastic cheeses made with the freshest ingredients. While some traditional methods are retained, innovative flavours and combinations are part of the excitement of visiting here.
The location and scenery offer a lingering visit, where guests may sample and purchase the cheeses, enjoy an impromptu picnic - a cheese variety pack and delicious accompaniments are available for purchase. Between August and May, Milking takes place every day at around 3:30pm and is a delight for young and old alike.
The onsite shop is open from Friday to Monday, and stocks a large range of Swissland goat cheeses, from fresh Chevre to mature Pecorino, as well as some other favourites.
