May 2018 - Open from Friday, 8 June to Sunday, 17 June, the 6th annual, one-of-a-kind FynArts - Hermanus is a blend of visual, intellectual and creative inspiration with a vibrant social buzz.

The full 10-day programme includes more than 25 exhibitions - sculpture, ceramics, painting, photography, quilting and glass - and a wide range of daily events such as the Strauss & Co Lecture Series presented by specialist speakers, plus cookery workshops by celebrity and top chefs; art-related small-group workshops; vintage and South African films; tutored wine tastings, and a wonderful programme for children.
From the Best of Baroqe, to the Opening Concert, presented by Camerata Tinta Barocca, South Africa's leading baroque orchestra, until the final notes of the Closing Concert, Hermanus will be filled with a wide range of exciting workshops, demonstrations, presentations, performances, and exhibitions - a programme packed with top South African artists, musicians, performers and speakers.
Other big concerts this year also include Richard Cock and Friends with the FynArts Festival Orchestra and soloists Tim Moloi and Lauren Dasappa; A Feast of Opera and Operetta featuring Cecilia Rangwanasha and Johan Slabbert; and Nataniël in Concert with the Charl du Plessis Trio.
