First Car Rental drives Holiday Swap KZN
First Car Rental is proud to be the official vehicle sponsor for South Africa's hottest new reality TV show, Holiday Swap KZN.
Celebs from the first episode of Holiday Swap KZN
The show airs on SABC 1 at 6pm every Monday and is hosted by former Isibaya actress Nomzamo Mbatha.
Launched on the 9th of February, Holiday Swap KZN pits two teams of three people against each other in a series of exciting challenges to win a dream, five-star holiday in KwaZulu-Natal. The teams use First Car Rental vehicles getting to and from the challenges.
Holiday Swap KZN's major sponsors are Tourism KZN and First Car Rental's BEE partner, Thebe Tourism Group.
In the pilot episode, celebrity teams included DJ Tira, Zakes Bantwini (musician), Jessica Nkosi (actress) and SK Khoza (TV presenter & actor) who went head to head in dirt carting, zorbing and skydiving challenges.The winning team then chose a school in rural KZN to award an all-expenses paid day trip to uShaka Marine World for all the students.
