  I would like to say thank you to Gail and her team from the Stellenbosch branch for the great service I have received and for going the extra mile to assist me. My deliveries were on time and Gail assisted in collecting her vehicles from the Road Lodge which was a last minute change instructed by my clients. I am really impressed with the service I received.

  I would like to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation to Melissa Hilton and the staff at the Durban Downtown Branch for their fast, professional and kind assistance and for going over and above the call of duty to assist my parents on a recent trip.

  My parents rented a car from your downtown branch for their return to South Africa via the MSC, arriving at Durban Harbour. When I contacted First Car Rental, Melissa Hilton facilitated a solution with the Downtown Branch; who were ready and waiting for my parents when they docked to drive them to the branch to complete the paperwork.

  When I called the staff at the Downtown branch on the morning of their arrival; the woman that answered the phone was aware of their arrival; and was able to let me know that the driver was already en route to take care of them.

  I truly felt like First Car Rental cared and that the staff were ready to welcome them home and that they were in safe hands! What more can you want for your parents?

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the service I received from Lucia Mpofu. I made a phone call to the contact centre this morning to get a quotation. Lucia was so efficient that I did not have to call back again.

  For the rest of the day we corresponded via email, her replies to emails were very quick and efficient. I ended up making the booking with her. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

  I had a guest at the Sandpiper Guest-house in St Lucia who was not happy with their car they had hired and was complaining. I contacted your office in Richards Ray and was assisted by Lilanie Steenkamp who immediately made arrangements to assist the client.

  Although faced with a language barrier as the client spoke very little English, she was very helpful, professional and friendly. Lilanie truly embodied the customer service values of friendliness, understanding, service, professionalism and efficiency. You can be proud to have her as a staff member

  What an absolute pleasure to deal with Louisa from your call centre. She was extremely patient and willing to help even though she had to assist me with 3 separate car bookings.

  She even took the time to reconfirm each booking before giving me the reference number. I really wish all the call centre staff were as welcoming, efficient and friendly as Louisa was. Keep up the excellent service.

  Dear First Car Rental

  I hired a car this week from your branch at OR Tambo International Airport. Jetro assisted on both occasions when I visited the branch. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Showing great care when to checking the car I had hired which made me as the customer feel valued.

  When I returned the car the follow day I left a number of things in the car. In fact I had started walking to the terminal, when he came up to me to give me one of the items. I think he is a great asset to your company.
