  Dear First Car Rental,
  On the 11th of May 2015 I had to take my car into Mahindra Pinetown for repairs. I contacted a few car rental companies and even though our company has a rental agreement with Europecar they were not very helpful.

  Antonio, from your Pinetown branch, was very helpful and I had a car within minutes. Even when I phoned about the return of deposit and even though I got it wrong, he never lost his cool and calmly assisted me to get to the right answer. Thanks to your great team I had an excellent experience.

  Dear Elmarie,
  Thank you for helping us with our weekend rental. The staff at George Airport were very helpful and the process was simple and quick. Marinda had forgotten her sunglasses in the car and realised it only about 20 minutes later, but the person who checked the car in handed them back to her at the counter.

  I just wanted to put on record how grateful I am that Shantelle is the contact for Echelon. She is by far one of the best call centre agents that I have ever worked with and has made things so much easier for me by how she deals with Echelon.

  With me being new to the Replacement segment, I couldn't have asked for a better person to get me through all the nitty gritty. She has also displayed immense maturity in the way in which she handles issues and tricky situations - which I am so thankful for.

  Dear First Car Rental,
  It is with humility and profound gratitude that I am writing this letter to thank your staff for the wonderful way they assisted me on Tuesday, the 2nd of June 2015.

  I flew to OR Tambo and my office booked a car for a day from your company. I was pleasantly surprised with your staff's efficient service and more so when I received an upgrade to a better car.

  This really made my day and my stay in Johannesburg much more pleasant. Please convey my gratitude to Zelda Boyens and Belinda van Tonder.

  I would also like to mention that we use Conway Travel to do our bookings. I make use of your company every three months in Johannesburg and Durban but was not impressed with the quality of the vehicles in the past. However, with the experience I had at OR Tambo and the service I received from your staff I have now instructed my office to only make use of First Car Rental going forward.
