  This was by far the best experience ever... the goodness of this car rental company.

  When I arrived at Durban's King Shaka International Airport, First Car Rental were so kind as to upgrade me from the vehicle option that I had selected to a higher option, which was a Ford Fiesta.

  Thank you very much to the Durban team, from this day onwards I will be a loyal customer to you.

  Dear First Car Rental,
  I would like to thank Linda for the outstanding service she gave me on the 21st August 2015 at First Car Rental's Hatfield branch.

  I was told that all the vehicles were fully booked and I was even referred to another service provider, but that changed immediately when Linda attended my call. It was early in the morning, but after asking me what kind of vehicle I needed and the time I would require it, she promised me that as soon as the drivers arrived at nine o'clock she would send them to the depot to get the vehicle of my choice.

  It's almost like I made the request and within a blink of an eye she called me saying she's got a vehicle for me. She managed all the transactions telephonically at the comfort of my home before I collected it.

  Linda, you are a real life saver.
