Celebrate Freedom Day (27 April 2016) by taking part in a beach-run adventure on the beautiful Muizenberg beach

Muizenberg Monster

The Muizenberg Monster is a different sort of trail running event, with the race taking place entirely on the beach - no roads, dirt trails or mountains.

The event is for the whole family, with three distances on offer: the 6km Mini Monster; the 10km Sunrise Monster and the 20km Big M! Muizenberg Monster.

Although the race takes place on the beach, organisers suggest wearing running shoes.
