The restaurant is owned and managed by Jane and Solly Solomon, a husband and wife team who create a mouth-watering culinary experience for diners.

Miller's Thumb offers delightful fusion seafood creations with Cajun and Creole influences. Seafood is the highlight here and you can indulge in superbly-prepared mussels, calamari, delicately-cooked linefish, prawns and squid.

Meat lovers are not neglected here despite the fish-dominated menu. You can enjoy prime cuts of beef cooked to perfection.

Along with the fish creations, you can find a pasta dish or two on the menu with interesting sauces, complemented by a good choice of wines.

Miller's has an ever-changing chalkboard menu, which means that you can always find something new and interesting to try, but you can be assured that you will find your favourites too.
