  A: Founder-Managing Director in 1999.

  A: Teamwork and watching talented people reach their dreams and potential.

  A: Seeing people reach the maximum of their ability.

  A: Make decisions.

  A: Entrepreneurial, open-door, interactive.

  A: On the banks of the Zambezi River.

  A: Entrepreneurial and interactive.

  A: Apply the basics at all times. The priority is always the team and the people.

  A: Big picture

  A: Seeing both my car rental ventures produce outstanding people many of whom now lead other businesses or have succeeded in businesses of their own.

  A: Perhaps being too optimistic and “rushing the goalie”.

  A: I live one day at a time, so I have no regrets or difficult times.
